Levon Gulyan is Armenian victim of human rights abuses in Armenia.
He died on 12 May 2007 in the police headquarters building, Yerevan. On 9 May he was taken into custody by the police as a witness to the murder in front of his restaurant. Bruises were found on Gulyan’s body on the several occasions that he was allowed to return home.
His body was found in a heavily fenced in back yard of the police building.
